Prototyping is the first time that you will be able to test and validate the design by building a full scale, functional specimen. We use manual and CNC machining along with many other assembly techniques to build the closest to production-level quality.
An alternative method for rapid prototyping is 3D printing. This is a process that builds ultra thin layers of molten plastic onto one another until the entire part is complete. This is a good choice for simple, non-durable parts needing to be tested for general fit and functionality.
Typical turn around is 2-3 weeks and copies of all files are handed over at the completion of this phase.
